Service Policy
We will return service requests within in 24 hours or next business day via phone or email.
We will troubleshoot the issue with you to determine if a service call is needed.
A service confirmation of charges must be approved by client before scheduling.
Service calls will be scheduled with in a 2 hour window.
We will do our best to accommodate your date and time availability.

Given the choice, most seniors and persons with medical conditions or physical challenges would prefer to live in their own homes and be as independent as they can.

A licensed professional will set up and demonstrate the PERS in your home to make sure the user is comfortable with the system and its operation.

Your PERS comes with a a waterproof pendent button usually worn like a necklace and and the base station set up in either the bedroom or living area.

The PERS requires a non-switched outlet and a working phone line.
