Service Policy
We will return service requests within in 24 hours or next business day via phone or email.
We will troubleshoot the issue with you to determine if a service call is needed.
A service confirmation of charges must be approved by client before scheduling.
Service calls will be scheduled with in a 2 hour window.
We will do our best to accommodate your date and time availability.

We are a full service Fire Alarm company. All services are guided by a project manager with direct project involvement from start to finish and beyond.
